Security

It can read your data. It can't change it.

Connections use read-only credentials, and queries are checked before they run. Insight uses Anthropic's commercial API, which does not train models on customer data by default.

Questions we get a lot

Do I need to know SQL?
No. The query is shown so someone who does can double-check it, but you never have to write one.
Why Claude?
In our testing it was the most reliable at reading real-world schemas and following company-specific definitions, and it handles Vietnamese well.
Where does my data go?
Queries run against your database. Only the schema, your question and the rows needed for the answer are sent to the model.
